The professional services support we offer take three distinct forms; Service Delivery, Technical Support and Maintenance Contracts.

Service Delivery
As part of Salam Technology’s new strategy for maintaining the best practices based on ITIL methodology and utilizing highest technology standards of Service Management System - SMS (ISO 20000) and Information Security Management System – ISMS (ISO 27001) to insure best quality of services is provided to our customers.

Serviced Delivery unit provides the following type of services:

1.The Service Desk

24×7 service desk is available to provide real time support to operate the whole cycle of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management. All incidents being reported to software based service desk to maintain logging, tracking, assignment and closure of all incidents, support is available either remotely or on-site based on incident type. customers are offered a technical and management escalation matrix to use whenever required.
Service Desk provides rich reports and logs with analytical details.

2.Maintenance Contracts – Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Contracts are available to insure service levels and KPI metrics are maintained. Salam Technology maintains qualified human resources (appropriately trained, by principals and by vendors), necessary spare parts, testing equipment’s, measuring devices, back-to-back vendor support, technical and professional services, skills and knowledge to deliver preventive and corrective maintenance services to its customers

3.Professional Service

SDM have an experienced technical staff with necessary vendor certifications and training to Install, Configure and Maintain following technology areas:
